I don't think so, I believe one of his worker proposals was rejected & as a result he moved onto other projects like steem then eos.

Pretty much everyone who blocked his funding is gone now though, thankfully.

These newly raised funds would be great for funding witnesses and worker proposals for years to come, with the added benefit of improving network decentralization!
