You have expressed very good thoughts in the post. It is important to have practical skills in today's changing world in which swimming is of vital importance. This matters more than the degree. I really liked the way you have expressed your fears and experiences in the post. It is true that it is easier to learn in childhood, but it should never be too late to start. New facilities will soon open in the city too.
