Center for Disease Control Spokane Lab - "Why are you filming us"

Rockman Al joined me for a 1st amendment audit of the Center for Disease Control regional lab in Spokane, WA. This facility houses 1 of 2 labs that focus on mining and mining safety. There are quite a few other things that go on here as part of larger CDC operations. They passed the audit since they didn't call the police or ask us for ID.
