Vertical government authority structures of this world are set for globalized slavery and failure. We are in the midst of great changes in this period of power structure transition.

As Sovereigns, we have Responsibility-Duty to secure our Timelines. And as such, collectively, bring horizontal power structure systems for decision making (possibly DAO & Direct Democracy on Blockchains). For Sovereigns to co-create together, in peace, with coherence and negentropy.

Official First Contact (OFC) during the circumstances of corrupted vertical power structure is not in our best interest at all. Who is in authority and capable of dealing with/for Humans of Earth ? As a collective, humans need to stand up for their own Sovereignty, organize and solidify as such before dealing openly with the Greater-Community-of-Intelligent-Life. This requires substantial knowledge transfers. I see Wisdom as Applied Knowledge.

So here is how I see Gould playing his part. For the Galactic Officials, dealing contracts with planetary matters has to occur with legitimate authority figures and not rogues operators. In this moment of Global-Martial-Law, the legitimate collective authority on Earth IS with the lawful construct of the Postmasters.

We have the Duty to clean this nightmare-circus with the lawful and legitimate authority of the Law and not go full blown guerrilla style. This is a long term mission in which indigenous population needs to embrace its own Sovereignty and organize as such. Educate, lead, show by example.

Imagine a Rescue Party without proper channels of communication with the indigenous population. Talking with the prison wardens won’t go far. It seems to me, from my perspective out of Time, that Earth received many elements of preparation for OFC in the form of Knowledge, and precisely about Universal Communication Means, of mathematical precision, now known as Quantum Language.

I foresee we use this communication construct to secure our individual sovereignty and scale up our means to defend and secure it further in resiliency, to eventually engage with quantum language OFC matters and parties.

So here the conclusion is not to bow to an external figure of authority but to be the best example of a good standing Sovereign comrade, assisting one another to secure our Common Individual Sovereignty. In doing so, using other co-creators constructs to navigate to mission objectives is a must. We build with one another’s elements of solutions.
