The email is to show how I attracted Esri Canada's attention for collaborating on a join application to the Google AI Impact Challenge 2019. Salutations XXXXXX,

For quite some time already I am thinking about sharing something with you, which I have been hesitating to do, up until now. Since the “Esri User Conference” approaches, I had to talk to you about it. Could you maybe help me facilitate a meeting with a representative from Esri’s Direction?

There is a combat I have been leading discreetly for many years already, which we could associate to an effort to reduce waste of human potential. This potential, we need it more than ever to address World challenges, which we are facing.

Numerous opportunities are now offered to us thanks to changes in mentalities and technological advancements. Many trades did not exist yet only 5-10 years ago. A consciousness awakening is whispering at the horizon. Only writing this email would not have been conceivable few years before. This change, that we are all witnessing, will lead vast repercussions on all of our spheres of activities.

I think that in fact, Esri’s GIS could be a pivotal point on which could rest a planetary element of solution that could answer the crisis that await us.

The following reflections came to me by the fact that I am animated by a spirit with Social Engineering qualities, a “Think Tank”, a defender of human liberties, etc. For a long time, I have been educating myself on thematics occulted by the oligarchy. That brought me to recognize our common human potential and simply wish to see it realized in mass emancipation. To finally get free from malevolent oppression which has been preventing Humanity from thriving since way too long already. I am particularly gifted for amalgamating disparate notions and thus synthesise adapted solutions to resolve complex problems. I am taking a chance to share with you those ideas, which have a far origin and only waits for the good moment to be diffused in the hope of finding ears of understanding. Know that those synthesis reflections did not only originate from me. Inspiration has multiples origins. 😀

The world is about to realize that actual Democracy is incapable of dealing with problems humanity is facing, our biosphere in fact (climate, economy, politic of terror, radioactivity, AI, ET disclosure and I am passing). Another regime will have to supplant the political model of nations and this last will have to be planetary in its spanning.

This observation will put ourselves in a position of great vulnerability, for it will open the door to some all ready solutions aiming at reducing Earth’s Humanity to a client state, slave of its own passive submission to non legitimate authorities. A resisting population, connected by a technological organ capable to allow for informed decision making, rapidly and in a smart way, imposes itself if we wish a different future from the one prepared for us by the oligarchy and its New World Order. An alter-mundialization is possible.

A Direct Democracy is a political regime where each individual maintains its Individual Sovereignty, at all time, by a transparent system of electronic vote (Survey123 on steroid). Applicable to municipal level, provincial, national and world level. No more need to trust corruptible individuals, ones which have too often abused or ignored us.

Direct Democracy allow for keeping Individual Sovereignty and legitimately represents population groups (even world). This condition is required to initiate constructive and open diplomatic exchanges with fellows from space. Those only wait for such signs of planetary maturity to welcome us to The Greater Community of Intelligent Life. Actually, we do not have an organ or a leader capable to legitimately represent the Will of the People from Earth. Therefore, a refusal of direct assistance from benevolent groups.

May we be capable to satisfy to this representative condition or not, a progressive and forced divulgation about the extra-terrestrial presence on Earth is underway. Instigators of this disclosure are from various camps and acts for motives as much varied. Not that the thematic can be resolved to a duality, much more complex it be, nonetheless, it can be perceived that on one side, the oligarchy looks to maintain and reinforce its oppressive and liberticidal influence over Earth’s People and on the other side, groups of Free folks invites us to free ourselves and embrace the realization of our potential by undergoing biogenerative activities and economy (by opposition to a biocidal economy).

One way or another, world crisis will be used by different camps, bringing its load of confusion in the process, hope and suffering. A transition of world political regime is under preparation and is at high risk to engage in the next 6-10 years, initiated by a controlled and inevitable economical crash. Kneeling, different Earth’s nations will have no choice but to abdicate, unless a different solution is offered. Great conflicts await us.

We can prepare a political organ worthy of legitimate world recognition in the eyes of facing fellows from space and thus receive tacit help. Applying the adage: “God helps those that help themselves.” We cannot rely on our world leaders to prepare the way for us.

That’s why XXXXX, I am calling upon your contacts. The goal being to maybe meet in November, thanks to your help, an Esri representative that would like to converse with me a moment. It is more than time to stick out our head from the ground and look to connect those who work, each on their own, at this collective effort of planetary liberation.

Extra-terrestrial presence on Earth has been hidden from us, it as been ridiculed and confused with science-fiction. We have been maintained in ignorance, to be more easy to manipulate. That time must pass. Which leads me in an extremely perilous adventure, in a time where we must find means to unite, to organize, so we can preserve our sovereign rights to auto manage our biosphere.

By the instability of the planetary system we generated, we are about to testify of our incapacity to preserve the biosphere. Our adversaries have been working for centuries in the backstage VIA secret societies’ corruption, organizing in shadowy and powerful organs of influence to bring conditions to a critical point legitimizing forced ET intervention in the form of world saviors from outer space. We must beware of that kind of help, for which nothing will be Free about it, which will be offered in a time of greatest need. That avenue has nothing glorious for us, in the contrary.

There is a war of influence in the sky and the majority of the population isn’t even conscious of it. A wide variety of races observe us, some of which look into engaging in ways that are prejudiciable to us. Some others content themselves by offering us advice and invites us more then ever to take the situation in our hands.

Earth’s Humanity needs to testify capacity and embrace responsibility to be the unique legitimate intendant of its biosphere.

There is so much to say and I will not make this email any longer. I done my due diligence and will stay in hope of one-day work with actors of influences.
