I used ai to check I have the right replacement part. I was doing some more wash basin tap repairs. I was expecting just to change out an old washer, but my sons place had half turn ceramic disks. It made me laugh as the recon you never need to replace washers again if you fork out extra for these ceramic disk setups. But here I am, having to replace the ceramic disk set up.
Any way back to ai being very helpful identifying the part, told me my local hardware should have one and then confirmed I had the right part. I was very impressed, saved me a lot of quess work and questions to the hardware store assistants who generally know less than I do.
