Chloris chloris

My daughter and I spent the last few days outside the city.
In the morning there is endless bustle in the garden. Sparrows get into fights. Through the window, I noticed two green individuals among the gray sparrows and was surprised. I have never seen a green sparrow before. It turns out that this is one of the passerine species called Chloris chloris. In Russian, this name sounds like green. Apparently it was a couple. One of the birds was collecting something for the nest, and the second looked around in case of danger.



I tried to make a video. But the birds were too far from me ((The birds did all their work and flew away.


It turns out that these birds sing wonderfully. Now I can recognize their song in the garden.
