How can you mix/tumble steem?

I'm just curious about this. I've read some articles about this, some people say you can use blocktrades for that, I guess you could go and trade it for another currency and trade it back to steem on a different account. Just curious as you can do this on bitcoin, Monero and possibly on ethereum from what I've read.
