This is a library in the Park of the Doves. I am not sure if it is a general library, or is it a library of the park. It is in a very nice location with running water beside it and a pond in front of it. And of course, it is also surrounded by trees and flowers, as seen by this reflection in the glass panels.
I saw these reflections from afar, and headed straight for the building to take some pictures of the reflections to enter the Reflection Hunters Contest.
