En Entry for Shadow Hunters Contest - Round 247try

A bollard is a short post used to prevent traffic from entering an area. While these might not be the ‘post’ that we are accustomed to, they are there for the same purpose – to prevent traffic from entering onto the kerbs. I think these look neater than the regular posts.
