Most of my people are Indian national, I want to teach and build my people as a good worker, co-worker, and friend.most of the time they always asking to me, what is my task today, but unfortunately I don't have work order to my client, so I decided to make some task to my team, but not related to the scope of our work.
I'll get some common materials to my toolbox and I put on the workstation table and I'll show to all of them, Defective key cylinder, Screws, stranded wire cable and scrapped materials etc.
I told to every one of them give me some idea or suggestion to build one machine. One technician suggests us we make motorbike and the other one is suggest a car. So ill start to make first suggestion a motorbike.
Now I build already motorbike together with my team.Im so happy to all of them because now we have a TEAMWORK and nothing imposible if you are ONE TEAM..
Not perfect but we build a better "TEAMWORK"
