Some time ago I saw an artist drawing over photographs and I really loved the result, since this week I have been experimenting a lot I wanted to try it, for that I used 5 photos from Pixabay that I selected from the main feed, a little at random and a little by aesthetic choice, the objective was simple, to draw over these photographs to create new scenarios, but there was a limitation for drawing, I had to draw only with a single brush and with white color, the result was five images that I liked very much.
Hace un tiempo había visto a un artista dibujar sobre fotografías y la verdad me encantó el resultado, como esta semana he estado experimentando tanto quise intentarlo, para eso me ayudé de 5 fotos de Pixabay que seleccioné del feed principal, un poco al azar y un poco por elección estética, el objetivo simple, dibujar sobre estas fotografías para crear nuevos escenarios, pero había una limitante para dibujar, tendría que hacerlo simplemente con un solo pincel y con color blanco, el resultado fueron cinco imágenes que me gustaron mucho.
Custodiado por un dragón.

The first photo was very simple, a building under a blue sky, in the distance a barely visible moon, from the moment I saw it my mind shouted Dragon and that was what I drew, a great and imposing oriental dragon with claws and scales and its characteristic whiskers, I also added some details of clouds on the moon.
La primera foto era muy sencilla, un edificio sobre un cielo azul, a lo lejos una luna apenas visible, desde que lo vi la mente me gritó Dragón y eso fue lo que dibujé, un gran e imponente dragón oriental con garras y escamas y sus característicos bigotes, también agregué algunos detalles de nubes en la luna.

For the second image I selected this simple photograph, but in simplicity there is beauty too, the photo shows a simple branch with just a few leaves in the foreground, behind and completely out of focus the rest of the tree, the idea would be very simple, a caterpillar, just as in the photo in simplicity there will be beauty, I drew a detailed caterpillar that complemented the composition, the result I liked enormously.
Para la segunda imagen seleccioné esta simple fotografía, pero en lo simple hay belleza también, la foto muestra una simple rama apenas con hojas en un primer plano, detrás y completamente fuera de foco el resto del árbol, la idea sería muy simple, una oruga, así como en la foto en lo simple habrá belleza, dibujé detalladamente una oruga que complementó la composición, el resultado me gustó enormemente.

A beautiful photograph with mushrooms in yellow tones was the incentive needed to draw the following scene, a charming image of a small and delicate fairy flying among the mushrooms, fluttering and showing her magic with sparkles and shines throughout the image, I also added two new mushrooms drawn only with lines, I especially liked the drawing of the fairy.
Una bella fotografía con hongos en tonos amarillos fue el incentivo necesario para dibujar la siguiente escena, una imagen encantadora de un hada pequeña y delicada que vuele dentro de los hongos, revoloteando y mostrando su magia con destellos y brillos por toda la imagen, también le agregué dos nuevos hongos dibujados solamente con líneas, me gustó sobre todo el dibujo del hada.

I think that of all the photos the most beautiful is without a doubt this one that shows two flowers in different colors, one orange and one yellow, here I wanted to overflow with creativity not only by drawing the bee in search of nectar between the flowers but also by filling the composition with details and ornaments, for the bee I chose a realistic line drawing using a real bee as reference, it is the drawing in which I felt the most freedom and at the same time the most focus.
Creo que de todas las fotos la más hermosa es sin dudas esta que muestra dos flores en colores distintos, una naranja y una amarilla, aquí quise desbordar la creatividad no solo dibujando la abeja en busca del néctar entre las flores, sino llenando la composición con detalles y adornos, para la abeja opté por un dibujo de líneas realista usando una abeja real como referencia, es el dibujo en el que más libertad y a la vez más enfoque sentí.

The last image is Christmas themed, showing two pinecones on leaves, and to keep the style of the photo I wanted to do something with this theme, so I made a kind of Christmas postcard by placing garlands and stars on the pinecones to turn them into little Christmas trees, I also added the drawing of a gift box in cartoon style and wrote with my own handwriting Merry Christmas, maybe it is the image that clashes the most with the others but still I think it is quite beautiful, I hope you like it.
La última imagen es de temática navidad mostrando dos piñas de pino sobre hojas, y para no perder el estilo de la foto quise hacer algo con esta temática, así que hice una especie de postal navideña colocando guirnaldas y estrellas en las piñas para convertirlas en arbolitos de navidad, además agregué el dibujo de una caja de regalos en estilo cartoon y escribí con mi letra Feliz Navidad, quizás es la imagen que más desentona con las demás pero igual creo que es algo bonita, espero que les guste.
Drawing over photographs is without a doubt an excellent creative exercise that I recommend, especially when you are limited to only one type of line and color, in my case it helped me to first imagine how I wanted the final result and to visualize the image I would draw integrated into the photo, I hope you have enjoyed this creative exercise, thank you for accompanying me one more day creating.
Dibujar sobre fotografías es sin dudas un excelente ejercicio creativo que recomiendo, sobre todo cuando estás limitado a un solo tipo de línea y color, en mi caso me ayudó imaginar primero cómo quería el resultado final y visualizar la imagen que dibujaría integrada a la foto, espero que hayan disfrutado de este ejercicio creativo, gracias por acompañarme un día más creando.
