Today was one of those days, a day for relaxation, enjoyment and "getting away from reality".. a day dedicated to visiting a wonderful city in the north of my country, called Novi Sad. The day started very nicely, the weather was sunny, the sky was clear, ideal for traveling.. I got into the car with my company and we headed to this city.. the journey there took about two hours, but considering that we always have a good time together, it seemed to us that we arrived much faster.. as soon as we stepped into the city center, I took my camera and started taking photos because I didn't want to miss anything... those huge buildings, theaters, religious buildings... that some ancient-modern building style.. wonderful. Although the center of the city delighted me, my favorite part was the park.. in the middle of the park there is a small lake filled with animals, ducks, geese, swans.. the feeling when you see it all in one place is magical.. next to the lake, most of it the park also has many monuments dedicated to famous people, writers, poets, and one of the most famous is the monument to Đura Jakšić, a famous Serbian poet.
