It looks like it's a flashy romance manhwa. There's a kind of love triangle, if you can call it that, because there are three people involved. I haven't read it, but you can tell it has something going for it.

There are illustrators who don't focus on facial features, have little experience, or aren't very good. It all varies greatly.
