One of the most impressive things is how they have scaled the environment. They have given it vitality; it could become a Santorini in its own way. There is still a lot missing, especially on the facades of the buildings.
Nevertheless, this neighborhood is an example of the scars of urban planning in Latin America. The same is true for neighborhoods in Caracas, Brazil, Peru, and Chile.
I like the murals and the technology in the space. It is a way of responding to chaos.
