With studying I mean that. I started to interview women on their thinking about some topics. I came accross some very popular guy back in 2000's called david de angelo if you search about him I think its all outdated but almost 20 years ago his material was unique and changed my life. Changed the way I approached relationships and women. It wasn't about dating, it was about knowing myself and how I wanted to live my life in that "area" (relationships).

I spent years reading and analyzing stuff to later discuss it with actual women, in the process my confidence took me to unthinkable places and then relationships were a part of my life where I felt total confidence. All this coming from the most shy guy on earth unable to even ask what time is it? to women.
