Installed in 2007, the Kook is a sculpture that was commissioned in Cardiff, CA. The sculpture was immediately ridiculed for its stance that was unrealistic of a true surfer. Soon after, the Kook was spotted dressed up in various costumes. It's now become a local celebrity in its own right.
