Hello,
I have always been very interested in developing my personal and professional skills and over the years I have found out that feedback is one of the most effective ways to quickly evolve myself.
Another thing that I love about feedback is that is a catalyst to build stronger and sincere relationship.

What about having a feedback Friday?
Every Friday or every other Friday, take some time to give and receive feedback to/from one person: could be a colleague or a client.
I tried it before and it was very fun and effective.
Let me know if you give this a try and, of course, let me know if you have any feedback :)
