I completely agree. Its hard to find a solution when the two generations are focus on the wrong end of the problem. It's not age its lineage.

Go to a temp work office find a job there. Go to work. Dont quit. Dont whine. Work hard. You'll have a job and money. I just think millenials havent been taught how to do this growing up. Its not a solution
