Okay... To say I'm surprised by this week's results would be an understatement. This is... Wow, too incredible for someone like me.

I never would have imagined that a simple meme would become a trend on Threads. I guess the algorithm helped me a little, and people did the rest. I have a theory that memes work because they're suitable for the average Threads user: they're funny and don't require much attention. Social media retention lasts about three seconds, so what people see has to be eye-catching to make them take a second look.

I guess the high engagement this time was just a lucky break (or so I think, because I seriously don't think any of my other posts will get 13,000 likes).

This has been the best week I've ever had. I've already reached 70 followers on Threads, and I still can't believe it. :D
