At the beginning of the year the rainfall was very high in a few days, even though the past few days before it rained the sun was shining very hot for about a week, I thought the rainy season was over, and had entered the dry season, moreover the peak of the rainy season had passed, the edge of my prediction That's wrong, the beginning of the year was welcomed with a very high drop in a few days, causing flooding in some places, as well as in the community's rice fields, there are several places where their rice fields are flooded, making the rice fields look like lakes, because an area of rice fields has been submerged It's a shame, because some places were inundated by floods, farmers were ready to replant rice, but because of the arrival of the flood, they were forced to postpone planting rice, farmers were at a loss, because the rice seeds had been sown, but now they can't be used anymore because they have already been planted. submerged for a few days, the seeds die, must be sown again, and that affect the uniformity of descending to the fields, or planting rice simultaneously with the surrounding area that is not flooded, affecting the maintenance of rice, because otherwise it will cause rice pests to attack easily, reducing crop yields.
Fortunately, the flood was not when the rice was harvested. If that happened, the farmer lost a total loss, because a lot of capital was spent but the harvest failed. That's a risk for traditional farmers in my village. It's quite a challenge to be a farmer, but people don't never feel hopeless, because everything has been arranged.

In the photo, the rice fields look like the sea, but people come here to fish, because many fish are drifting from the pond, there is so much water that the rice fields are not visible.
This one looks like a big river, there is so much water, farmers don't know where their fields are anymore, rice fields will be damaged, farmers have to pay more to repair damaged rice fields, such as dikes must be damaged.
That day the sun shone very brightly, but the flood had not receded, because the rain the previous day was very heavy, causing rivers and drains to overflow, eventually the water inundated the lower rice fields.
The problem with farmers in this area is that during the rainy season there is an excess of water with flooding, but in the dry season it experiences drought due to dryness of the nearest water channel, and the water in the river is not enough for rice fields.
Fortunately, the flood here did not inundate the residential area, maybe the location of this rice field is lower than the surrounding area, so water from higher places passes through this rice field, and the water channel overflows.
And finally, hopefully this flood disaster will not have too big an impact on the community's economy, because this incident happens almost every year, maybe due to a lack of attention from the authorities, hopefully it will be better in the future, that's all from me, see you next time.
