Bitcoin cannot be regulated.

It doesn't care about the laws of any State. You cannot threaten Bitcoin; you cannot hurt Bitcoin; there is no point of weakness from which enforce tyranny upon it.

Regulating Bitcoin is merely a euphemism for regulating people.
