Hello fellow actifitters it's been a long time for me posting due to sometimes sleep or forgetfulness.
Today began really really cold 鉂勶笍馃ザ as rain 馃導锔忊様 was falling since during the night and came with extremely cold breeze which was though fun 馃槉 to sleep but no food for the lazy man. So got up and did few stretching exercises to relieve me of the cold before I started the house chores and cooking so immediately the rain was done I would leave.
After the rain stopped I left for my shop and sold my wares even though the cold was nice enough to get a good sleep but I stayed till evening before leaving for home having made sales which would not have been made if I hadn't come out instead of sleeping like a dead log.
It made me fit due to the walking.
