Seems easy to photograph a flower and yet to be more than just a click, in my humble opinion, it should be made in a way to catch your attention. Composition, light, you know, everything plays important part. Creativity too, original idea.

Once I tried different ways in shooting a flower on a mirror. My idea was to use the reflection, but not to emphasize it.

I was using extension rings for the close-ups and natural light coming through the window.

I placed the flower on top of a mirror. A petal with droplet in front and played with the settings until I reached sufficient result.

Of course some photos did not turned as good as I wished. But I am happy with these.

And because this week is Photo 52, 2020 Challenge, Week Number 30: Flowers
I am going to use one of the photos to enter the challenge. And my choice will be the first photo.

Camera Canon EOS 1100D.
