Usually when we are out with my dog Penny, she does not interact with other dogs. She has some preferences though. If she likes another dog, that will be a quick sniff and then she will be off. She is too old for playing games.
But, it could happen to meet a dog that is rather playful, like this one.
We met this little doggie several times and he was always very friendly to Penny.
Suprisingly his owner let him alone to walk outside. Once when I saw him I asked him if he was not afraid the dog could be lost. He said no. But I still think it is not a good idea to leave your dog alone. I hope nothing bad will happen to the little bugger.
