I recently did a 1-2-1 shoot at JFYP Studios in Wath upon Derane with Jessica Courtney. This was one of my first studio shoots in a while.
We did some standard fashion style images, but then I also wanted to do some shots in low level lighting and from one direction (Not the boy band!!).
Andy who runs the studio has one room which is half blacked out and contains a very tall softbox, so this was perfect to get the side directional lighting.
I really like these first two images as this was the idea I was going for, blacked out and only lighting certain parts of the body, to give a more sculpted image..
The majority of the remainder images, using this technique, were of the fitness variety as this was something we had discussed whilst arranging the shoot..
