Landwhale Adventures #3 :: Somebody Stop Me

Our life in Florida since we moved there from Wisconsin in 2011 finds us...avoiding life in Florida in the summer. We travel back up to WI during the summer to avoid the evil heat and rain and bugs and liquid death that is Florida.

_{We rolled out bright and early, 6am on Friday morning. Far too early for decent human beings, but we had 1500 miles ahead of us.}

_{Mostly uneventful first day that found us in a Walmart parking lot in Manchester TN around 9pm.}

_{Dinner of salad, pickles, and some nice chilled wine atop the new table I built in the RV.}

_{Stopped off at mother-in-law's place in Chicago. We stole half the parking lot, but it wasn't being used.}

_{Stopped off for a beer in Chicago at a very nice place. Nice, because they had a bazillion beers to choose from.}

Long story short...we made it. I'm still recovering. I don't know how truck drivers do it.
