Hey guys,
Wow it feels like the longest time since I’ve been able to get a vlog up and to say the least this one didn’t come easy.
I didn’t anticipate how difficult it was going to be to get online consistently since I started my travels and balancing filming with family life.
My mum, two aunts, two uncles and I went to visit Laos for a few days and because our time was short we had to cram a lot of activities into an untimely schedule.
There was over 20 hours worth of travel time in our mini van with an overly enthusiastic travel guide and as an introvert I find it difficult to balance so many energies without allowing myself alone time to reset.
This really reflected when it came to creating. Constantly feeling rushed and being asked multiple times to stand for pictures took away my opportunity to actually capture my experience.
My family is crazy but I wouldn’t have it any other way and I’m thankful for this time together. I am just yet to find my routine amongst the madness to maintain balance.
In saying, I hope you enjoy the clips I was able to capture for this little vlog. 4 days is by far not enough time to experience a beautiful country like Laos.
