Adding favicon(s) to utopian.io

This suggestion is about adding a properly formatted favicons to the utopian.io.

Proposal

Add the properly formatted "favicons" to the utopian.io server. There is a need to add more different formats to accomodate different platforms (iOS Safari, Android Chrome, Windows 8 and 10, MacOS Safari, Classic, desktop browsers).

Benefits

This suggestion is about a visual aspect of the site that is still very important and adds to the quality of the site. Right now the utopian.io lacks a favicon.
Why favicon is important?

1. It helps in branding.
2. It adds to the recall value of the website.
3. A nicely and uniquely designed favicon can help a user to more easily find the browser's tab with utopian.io site open.
4. When a bookmark for utopian.io is added to the home screen on a mobile phone/tablet it is display as a nice icon that represents the brand. If there is no favicon a visual representation of the current content of the site (at the time of adding an icon to the home screen) is used which is not visualy appealing at all.
