Yes, the reserves are from a raffle I held where people paid for tickets with HIVE. The winners of those raffles won silver coins and rounds that I shipped to them. Token proceeds are all powered up. The power downs are limited to 90% of the last 13 weeks of earnings so all token proceeds that are powered up remain staked and the account grows its HP stake.

Yes, if there were no market buyers and for some odd reason an arrangement couldn't be reached, then that person would need to place a sell order on the market for their desired price and wait for buyers to fill those orders. There's currently no established buyback program at this point since the project is still in its early stages.
