I have always loved snacks and so, have great interest in it. As God may have it, I joined a catering class last month, shortly before I wrote my Introductory post. And I thank God that everything is going smoothly.
I told my mum that I have interest in catering because I want to be making different kinds of snacks, sell them, and with the profit, help myself and support my family as well. She supported me financially and advised me to take the work serious so that both my family and I will benefit from it. Finally, I started and I was very happy to finally have the opportunity to learn what I have always dreamt of.
I actually find the class and how we replicate certain products amazing. The lady that guides my colleagues and I is very humble, which makes us to be very free around her.
