After listening to the aftermath of the witnesses and the various communities I am a part of, the clear winner here is @ned.

He survived the ninja-mine scandal. He survived @dan leaving to start EOS and get bogged down in legal and technical troubles. He survived the spork conversation, which is probably what led directly to the sale of Stinc to @justinsunsteemit.

Obviously, I don't know the details of the payments or structure, but he's the one walking away Scott free (see what I did there).
