The Eiffel tower was built in the late 19th century with 10 100 tons of steel, rising 324 meters into the sky. But these facts won't help you grasp its scale and impressive engineering that went into it, even if you stand right in front of it. When I took this photo I wasn't very impressed at first, but after the ascend to the top this sight climbed straight to the top in my list of things I've seen in the world.
