This guy became a millionaire in 69 days that is our reality.

But most real investors are ordinary people: they go to work, raise children, and are interested in more than just finance. For them, investment is just another source of income and a way to ensure a comfortable old age in retirement. We figure out what investments are and where it is better to start.

WHY TO INVEST AND WHEN TO START TO DO IT

You should not expect that here in a couple of years you can get billions and then mess around all your life. Set a realistic goal - say, to earn your old age or your children for a good education. For example, most of the wealthy western retirees we meet at resorts do not travel at all at the expense of their state pensions. An important part of their income comes from once made investments.

Investments can be made at almost any age: there are even investors who are not yet 14 years old, and there are also retirees. Huge sums are not necessary here - sometimes only 100 dollars are enough for a start.

Do not forget to create a personal reserve fund first: it is also called the "financial safety cushion". This is the amount that will be enough for you for at least three months, and better for six months. When you have it, you can start investing free money in securities to earn money.

WHAT YOU CAN INVEST IN

The most common options are:

  • invest in real estate, then sell or rent;

  • buy currency;

  • put money on a deposit;

  • buy and sell securities;

  • dogecoin (just kidding) but crypto is not a bad idea.

Remember all option have advantages and disadvantages. We will speak about it in a future馃槈
