In working sometimes we have to be versatile. Unforeseen circumstances require us to always be ready for all conditions. Especially if we are a field officer. Like the experience I'm experiencing today, where I'm required to serve all the patients and clean up all the administration.
Whereas in essence the truth, I just duty to serve and care for patients who are sick. But in because there is an administrative officer who is not responsible and leave his obligations, I swiftly try to finish all the work left behind.
Because I do not want just because of incomplete administration, can hamper the service that must be in getting by the patient. Even with a body that's so tired, I keep doing all the work.
I just hope and pray in my heart that the administrative officer can be aware and touched his heart. In order for him to be more responsible in carrying out all his obligations. Because of his attitude that will impact the delay of service for each patient who seek treatment.
This is the experience I got today. Hopefully this experience can be input and reflection for us all. I apologize if my writing procedure is still not good, because I'm still in the process of learning.
