○ 제품의 특성
무기질 바인더 상온 건조된 도막층은 내수성, 내열성, 내광성, 내약품성, 경도 4H 이상 고경도 물성을 보유하고 있음.
무독성, 옅은취기 유기화합물 VOC "0" 친환경 탑코팅시 표면의 높은 경도와 유광을 발현하여 발수성, 내세척성이 우수하다.
무기질 안료 , 세라믹 파우더와 결합시 800도씨 이상의 내열성 및 실외 자외선 노출에도 변성되지 않는 긴수명 내구성 보유.
조성물이 용해되어 존재 하므로 교반이 불필요 하며 저장성은 제조일 기준 12개월 시간 경과함에 따라 다소 점도가 상승되나 물성 변화없음 저장시 그늘에 보관

투명 탑 코팅시 유광을 발현하며 다양한 세라믹 안료 적용시 다양한 컬러 내열도료 제조 가능.
기존 에폭시, 우레탄, 아크릴 보다 친환경적이고 러닝 체인지 확대 적용 제조할 수 있음.
금속 , 석재, 콘크리트 , 및 다양한 물성의 소재에 부착 기타 재질에는 적합성 여부 검토 후 적용 가능
상온경화 친환경 무기바인더는 기존의 유기질 바인더 영역을 대체하여 점진적으로 확대 적용중에 있음.
용도에 따라 이소프로필렌 알콜 적정히 희석하여 사용 가능함.
○ 사용 방법
상온경화 세라믹 수지에 무기질 컬러 안료 , 기능성 파우더 , 필러 등 첨가 세밀한 분산 공정을 거쳐 차별화된 도료 및 코팅제 제조에 쓰일 수 있음.
투명 코팅용 단독으로 사용 탑 코팅 시 유광을 발현하며 표면강도 및 내세척성 기능이 우수함.
상온 30분 정도 경과 하면 뭍어나지 않게 지촉건조되며 완전한 경화는 코팅두께, 온도조건에 따라 상이하며 완전히 경화되기전에 물에 노출되면 표면이 미백색으로 변색 될 수 있음.
지촉 건조후 열풍 가열시 경화가 촉진 되어 내수성, 방수성 발현 되므로 작업조건 특수성을 고려하여 열풍 건조 방법을 활용 할 수 있음.
○ 주의 사항
5도씨 이하는 경화조건이 부적합 하므로 작업을 지양함.
희성용제는 IPA 이며 가능한 본 제품 그대로 사용한다.
표면강도 요구 되는 곳은 충분히 경화시켜주는 시간을 준다.
독성은 없으나 알코올 타입 으로 화기를 금하여 보호구를 착용 한다.
작업중 비산 오염 시 건조되기 전에 알코올 흡착포로 닦으며 사용도구는 알콜 또는 물 세척 하며 잔량은 밀봉 하여 보관.
상온에서 저장성은 12개월 전후 이며 경과에 따라 다소 점성이 상승 될 수 있음 동결 되지 않도록 상온 그늘에서 보관.
어린이 손 닿지 않는 곳에 보관하며 사용시 표준시방서를 준수 한다.
