Always remembering that everything we have, is thanks, to the goodness of God, are gifts from our Father, therefore the use we give him should bring us closer to his Kingdom.
Let's be clear there is nothing wrong with owning money, property, comfort, provided that all these goods do not replace God, because if you do so you become an unhappy person, who thinks of nothing else than treasuring material goods.
The problem is the attachment to riches, to people, objects, things, artifacts, jobs, luxuries, false illusions, hatred, revenge, vices, disorderly life, gluttony, bad character. If you receive material goods, but do not ask for wisdom, you will not know how to use your money and other possessions.
We are administrators of the blessings that God gives us in life, nothing belongs to us. It is one thing to have and another is to have the blessing of God to enjoy it.
We need the hand of God in life, the goods can be a mirror to see ourselves or be a window to see God.
Life does not consist in having abundance, that is not a guarantee of security of the future, it will be assured in the conviction of hope that we will obtain the Kingdom. By attaching yourself to something different from God; you have much to lose, dignity, values, your freedom, tranquility, the joy of life, since you are so immersed in investing resources that you lose the possibility of enjoying life due to the many things that absorb you.
