Hello friends, today I want to share with you some nice photos that I took while I was walking to exercise, I can't be without walking or exercising so I told my sister to go somewhere during the week while I'm visiting her in her city, well we went to the east park and I liked it a lot, it's quite lonely and full of nature, in the distance you can see the big buildings of the city.

The park is quite large and has paths, but they are also used for biking, well, we set out to walk, waiting for no one to take us in front, after warming up our legs, we did some warm-up exercises and then did several repetitions of squats, between other exercises such as cycling, we did calves, among others, after an hour and a half we returned on our way to my sister's house, it was a beautiful day that threatened to rain, but thank God it did not rain while we went to exercise.

Hola amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas lindas fotos que tome mientras caminaba para ejercitarme, no puedo estar sin caminar o hacer ejercicio asi que le dije a mi hermana para que fuesemos un rato algun sitio entre semana mientras estoy visitandola en su ciudad, bueno fuimos al parque del este y me gusto mucho, es bastante solo y lleno de naturaleza, a los lejos se pueden ver los grandes edificios de la ciudad.

El parque es bastante grande y tiene caminerias pero las usan también para andar en bicicleta, bueno nos dispusimos a caminar pendiente de que nadie nos llevase por delante, despues de calentar las piernas hicimos algunos ejercicios de calentamiento para luego hacer varias repeticiones de sentadillas, entre otros ejercicios como bicicleta, hicimos pantorillas entre otros, despues de una hora y media regresamos camino a casa de mi hermana, fue un lindo dia que amenazaba con lluvia, pero gracias a Dios no llovio mientras fuimos a hacer ejercicios.
