Hace muchos meses hab铆a escuchado hablar de la copa menstrual en las redes sociales, me parec铆a curioso y hasta interesante, pero jam谩s tome la acci贸n y compre la copa, ya que era algo muy nuevo para m铆.
Luego empec茅 a verla en supermercados grandes, e importantes en mi pa铆s, y las miraba y pasaba de largo, hasta que un d铆a mis hermanas me hablaron maravillas de la copa menstrual y dije por qu茅 no?
Recuerdo que fuimos a la playa en familia y una de mis hermanas le llego su menstruaci贸n y me dice, no pasa nada, yo tengo mi copa en el bolso, fue al ba帽o, se la puso y sali贸 como si nada.
Unos d铆as despu茅s me regalo una, me atrev铆 a usarla y fue lo mejor.

Many months ago I had heard about the menstrual cup on social networks, it seemed curious and even interesting, but I never took the action and bought the cup, as it was something very new to me.
Then I started to see it in big supermarkets, and important in my country, and I looked at them and passed by, until one day my sisters told me wonders of the menstrual cup and I said why not?
I remember we went to the beach as a family and one of my sisters got her period and she told me, it's okay, I have my cup in my purse, she went to the bathroom, put it on and came out as if nothing had happened.
A few days later she gave me one, I dared to use it and it was the best.
