Psalms 118:14; the Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.
The daily hustle of life may sometimes cause us to forget about important things in life that we ought to focus on such us our faith and our strength in the Lord. It is easier to give up than to keep going, it is easier to feel or get discouraged than to find the boldness to keep pushing even when things does not seem to work out with all your tries and hard work. Sometimes we focus so much on the battle we tend to forget that the battle is not actually ours to begin with but the Lords. The Word of God teaches us that He will not fight our battles for us if we can fight them ourselves. So why do we keep trying so hard when we can just leave it to the Lord to fight for us whiles we do our part.
Giving up is not an option for us as Christians because God’s got our back. The wait may seem to last forever when we do not get the response we are looking for as quickly as we were hoping but it will come if he hold on to our faith, pray and continue to work hard toward reaching our goal. Always remember that the Lord is our strength and refuge and that with God all things are possible and victory is certain for us as Christians. Have a blessed weekend.
