There was this day I ate plenty of meat that finally resulted in an uncontrollable purging that landed me in the clinic. Hmmm, I regretted eating such a thing.

Thus quite unfortunate, at least you have learnt something from it though and i doubt you would ever repeat that again, we all have to learn to do things in moderation
