Relationship is the state of being connected by this understand we can related it to all the various ships that we make in our lives, whether it be our families, friends even acquaintances, one way or the other we are connected. Most often than not we come across our fellow brethren in Christ saying they are sons and daughters of God, the fact is that should you ask anyone of these people if they belong to the devil they will answer outright no and may even rebuke you for saying that but the million dollar question that demands answer is do we have a relationship with God? If we do how is our relationship with God? If we were asked to describe it or defend Christ the way one would stand behind a family member or a true friend and defend him or her in the court of law can we do it? What testimonies would we have of him that we can say to others to convince them of our Knowledge.
As we already know from the previous paragraph the connections we have with people are in different categories and grouping and each of it comes with its own level of intimacy and closeness in addition to inept knowledge about our connection. If we claim to be sons and daughters of God then we must truly and indeed to connected to our God, so much so that we indeed truly know him or better still understand him. A Good son should know what his father likes and dislikes, what pleases him and displeases him that they may be able to do the right thing and find favor in the eyes of the father so favor may be asked when needed. Unfortunately this is not so with many Christians, they go to Christ only when in need and read his instructions only when they are looking for a scripture to quote to ask favor from God.
If we claim to be truly and indeed sons and daughters of God, then it is high time we desist from the act and did better. Lets Endeavor to build better relationship with our Father in Heaven that we may be connect to better and be good sons and daughters.
