I share your concern about the current problem with isekai anime. Despite the enormous number of generic works in this genre, they keep releasing more as if that were the best thing ever. Thank God there's a miracle or two every year, and Zenshu was that miracle back in 2025. I remember when people came to watch its first episode, all excited to see something new and unique, but What they stumbled upon was just another run-of-the-mill isekai.

However, those who gave it a chance to watch until the end learned of the surprise that this original series brings, which completely changes the way of seeing this story. It was undoubtedly a completely unexpected surprise for everyone. I was also quite entertained by both its story and its characters, and by the very special way in which they built this fantastic world. And let's not forget its animation and audiovisual effects, which are absolutely insane.

I placed it among the best Isekai anime of the season and it is possibly one of the best I've seen in the past year. I'm very demanding when it comes to watching isekai anime, so if an anime of this style doesn't surprise me as much as Re:Zero did (the best isekai of all time), then I won't be very kind.
