I was friends with this dude for a long time, met in elementary school I believe. He was a stereotypical, scrawny stoner from age 12. Always casual and looking for a good time and to toke with anyone around who was down. Now he's 20, with a $100,000 bail, for meeting a 13 year old girl outside her school to bang.

Now another kid (15) whom we act like is a friend to get stuff from, has been smoking meth with this woman named Tracy (40's) who lives, sorry, lived just a few blocks away. She was arrested as well with additional child molestation charges racking up to $52,500
Now is it just me who thinks that her charges should be larger than mr stoner?
Eh, no big deal.
I hope the other guy is arrested soon because he is too dumb to be out in this world.
