It seems to me that a person has the most energy at a time when he believes that his dream can come true. And vice versa, when a person does not feel his dream, everything is hard and the "feeling of life" goes away. And a dream is a certain feeling that you want to experience. Therefore, the path is not so important, because it can sometimes limit the movement to the dream by its impracticability. And you can realize your dream at any age, both at 7 and 70 years old.
And just in case, I will say that I am not an expert on a happy life. I want to experience this feeling as often as possible. Therefore, I am looking for patterns)))
