My body transformation continues. This is an experiment, and here are my observations. To date, it has taken a little over 4 kg. This is the longest weight loss in my life. Approximately 1 kg per month. I used to lose 10 kg in a month and a half. But this time I have a qualitatively different approach and different goals.
In the old days, my goal was to lose weight quickly and a lot. At any cost. I believed that if it was fast, I could hold out. And I got my precious experience. And the corresponding conclusions.
- Losing weight quickly does not mean that you will remain at a low weight forever. Quickly lost, quickly returned back. By the way, did you know that there are statistics that say that after losing weight, 1-2 people out of 100 remain in the long-awaited form?
- Losing weight is not equal to getting healthy. You can lose weight so that your health will be significantly shaken. Personally, I have experienced loss of metabolism, gastrointestinal disorders, loss of menstruation, hair loss. Strange, but at that time, I was not confused. I came to my senses quite late.
- Giving up your favorite food. A very serious mistake. We lead a certain lifestyle, and suddenly, we eat almost nothing from the usual diet. First of all, I think we are experiencing psychological stress. And so there are breakdowns and overeating. Just like I did.
- The portion size does not change. If I used to eat a plate of fried potatoes or spaghetti, now I eat a double portion of salad.
- I didn't drink the water. Just a little bit. To make the weight less in the morning, it is better to endure the thirst. What nonsense this is)) At this point, I caught myself last night)))
I think these are the most basic and important observations for me. And my path today looks like this: my portion has decreased by 10-15%, and I try to drink a glass of hot water before eating. And I eat everything as usual. I wonder if the project is long-term and where I will be in a year.
