I live in a small town. And I have to order materials for creativity from afar. And in my experience (working with stores from Russia), the marketing of companies is almost at zero. Getting a well-packaged order is more an exception than an ordinary thing. Why, when faced with such a nightmare, do I have a desire to open my own company?)
I believe that this should not be the case. Everything is very smooth right up to the moment when you paid the bill. And then-burn it with a blue flame. (A popular expression, I wonder if it is clear to a foreign reader). I'm in a mess of feelings. I'm both sad and angry at the same time.
I don't understand one thing, does the owner of the store really care if this customer buys in his store again? And what do you need to do for a person to return for a purchase? I already have a list of stores where I will no longer buy. And this is not normal.
And still latently, there is a feeling that we have a conflict of interests with the store. I want them to work well and I got my order safely. And they want not to work and just get their money.
The work was done in a mixed technique.
