Now there is another book in my study. Watercolor without rules by Jean Haines. I am not a beginner in the subject of watercolors. And to be honest, I did not bet on the study of techniques when buying this book. I bought it for the mood and for the feeling of communion with the beautiful. But, the way the author combines techniques (known to me) surprised me. For me, the book turned out to be interesting and practical. And you can read as much as you want, but until you try to recreate the process with your own hands, you will not understand anything until the end. Both attitude and practice are important.
I say these words first of all to myself, because I have a tendency to immerse myself in learning without practice. What a pity that it doesn't work so easily))
