Are there extroverts and introverts? I just read the definition of the word extrovert, it turns out it's not just about communication. At some point, it seemed to me that these determine the level of communication of people. From which it followed that extroverts found a convenient position for communication and introverts did not. But after reading the definition, my opinion changed.
An extrovert is someone who wants to reveal his talents in society. An introvert is someone who wants to reveal his talents without relying on society. Do you think this idea is plausible? And it also seems to me that there is no healthy or painful position here. And there and there it can manifest itself. You can run away from the heartache in career growth. Or to run away from the assessment of others into the inner world. The most important criterion is health. And come to the point where you do not experience painful situations. In my opinion, a healthy person can be both an extrovert and an introvert. Depending on the tasks that he wants to solve.
