I love the crown like a piece of art. And it seems that the stars have risen, that yesterday I started making a crown.

In the first part of the master class, we create a sketch and the basis of the future crown. We will need:

  • Sketch paper
  • Pencil / Pen
  • Thick Elastic Wire
  • Thin Wire
  • Wire Cutters
  • Pliers
  • Base-rim

I wanted the main attachment-the rim-to be held behind the ears. Based on this, I created a sketch. Then she put on the rim and measured out a piece of wire for the front of the crown. I got the length of the wire - 38 cm. These need two pieces.

Now we cut the wire for the back of the crown. In fact, you can not cut, but make a long wire (76 cm) and then bend it in the right places. And I made pieces, of two pieces: 14, 10, 8, 6 cm.

Also, we fold the wire in half for the front of the crown.

The base-wire can be decorated with braid, rhinestones, sequins... I had a large bead size 7/0. I alternate between the two types. I fill the wire with beads and attach the next piece of wire with a thin wire. Tightly wrap the ends with a thin wire.

I also filled the wire on the front of the crown with beads. And I bent the ends of the wire with pliers into "droplets".

The foundation is ready. It remains to fix the details and arrange the decorations-accents. To be continued...

PS I spent 4 hours creating this part. I feel like you need to spend the same amount of time before getting the finished result.
